If you would like a shipping update please search your tracking number directly with the shipping carrier or use our chatbot feature on our site. Any order with a shipping status of "In Transit", "Delayed", or "Headed to Next Facility" is an order that has not technically been lost and is still en route to you. Please be mindful that all shipping carriers are experiencing potential delays due to the pandemic.
