Shipping Terms

Summer Shipping: During the hotter months packages will only be shipped out Mondays-Wednesdays to help prevent the potential sweating/melting of our temperature-sensitive candles. To best ensure pristine product arrival we recommend choosing a Priority Shipping option during checkout.

All orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days and are shipped in the order received. (Processing time is the number of days it takes to package and send out your order. This does not include your shipping time.)

Please advise that once a shipping label is scanned in by the post office tracking is out of our control. If you would like a shipping update please search your tracking number directly with the shipping carrier or use our chatbot feature on our site. Any order with a shipping status of "In Transit", "Delayed", or "Headed to Next Facility" is an order that has not technically been lost and is still en route to you. Please be mindful that all shipping carriers are experiencing potential delays due to the pandemic.

The Noble Brand is not responsible for any delivery issues where the shipping address has been incorrectly entered. Please review all shipping information before submitting your online order to ensure proper and prompt delivery.
