All orders have a processing time of 1-5 business days and are shipped in the order received. (Processing time is the amount of days it takes to package and send out your order. This does not include your shipping time.)
Please advise that once a shipping label is scanned in by the post office tracking is out of our control. If you would like a shipping update please search your tracking number directly with the shipping carrier. Any order with a shipping status of "In Transit", "Delayed", or "Headed to Next Facility" is an order that has not technically been lost and is still en route to you. Please be mindful that all shipping carriers are experiencing potential delays due to the pandemic.
